THE HOME
The apartment has been renovated in 2018, with great emphasis on modern facilities and comfort. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house. The rooms offer plenty of natural light and are comfortably furnished to create a pleasant atmosphere after an eventful day.
The apartment with 65 square meters with a bedroom (2 adults + 1 infant), a children's room (2 children), a living and dining area with adjoining kitchen, bathroom and an speperate toilet space, offers space for up to 4 people.
The spacious living room with a large sofa is perfect for games or a cozy evening in front of the TV with the whole family. In the adjoining dining area you can have a wonderful breakfast and start the day.
The bedroom with a large 180cm bed offers restful sleep. In the children's room with a bunk bed (2x90cm) there is enough space for the kids.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, coffee pad machine, kettle and the usual cooking utensils.
A small south-facing balcony offers a wonderful view over the village.

LOCATION
The apartment is located in the village Großkötz and is close to the highways (A8) and the Legoland Günzburg. By car you can reach this in 5 minutes and the historic town of Günzburg is also just a 10 minutes drive away. Thus the apartment is ideal for a visit to Legoland and the region of Bavaria.
In Großkötz you will find a baker as well as a smallshop and a pharmacy as well as medical services. For larger grocery stores
the city of Günzburg is just perfect. For the great shopping trip you are just a 20 minutes drive away from the city of Ulm with the famous Cathedral and its historic old town.
